1. Who we are

RelioSIM is operated by Tripbox LTD, company number 17076930, registered office 5 Brayford Square, London, England E1 0SG. Email info@reliosim.com. Phone, WhatsApp and Telegram: +44 7915 319539.

2. The product

RelioSIM sells prepaid digital eSIM data plans for 202 listed countries and the regional plans on this website. A plan covers only the destination named on it. Plans are data-only. RelioSIM is not a mobile network operator.

3. Prices

Prices are in USD. The regular price is the supplier wholesale price multiplied by 2.50, rounded to the nearest cent. Code NEW20 takes 20% off one first order. If the code is not applied, you pay the regular price. Wholesale prices on this site were taken from the eSIM Access public Full Speed top-up catalog on 2026-09-25.

4. Device

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for checking that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked.

5. Delivery and use

After payment we email a QR code and SM-DP+ details. Install on Wi-Fi. Do not delete an installed eSIM. A QR code can usually be installed only once.

6. Refunds

Unused, unactivated plans may be refunded within 7 days. Activated or used plans are not refundable. See the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
